1725 N 5TH is located in the Olde Kensington neighborhood of the City of Philadelphia, and is home to Sunflower Philly, a neighborhood creative team focused on art, music and sustainability. This is a park on private land but open to the public consisting of over 11,000 square feet offering a unique and accessible environment for community engagement and enjoyment.

PARTNERSHIP

1725 N 5th started off as a vacant lot that underwent remediation efforts in order to create a space with improved aesthetics that could better serve the surrounding community. Flow partnered with Sunflower Philly to expand upon the space at 1725 N 5th and create a wholesome, community-oriented space that centered around promoting art, music, and sustainability within the area. By revitalizing the park into a beautiful, community-centric space, Flow & Sunflower Philly together have created a positive force within the Kensington neighborhood.
