1201 WHARTON is an adaptive reuse project and expansion of a 100-year-old warehouse, in the Passyunk Square neighborhood. Since September of 2019, Flow has been thoughtfully planning the redevelopment, of this vacant yet beautiful masonry structure. Through careful rehabilitation, sustainable design, and community integration, this structure will be converted into a 12,000 square foot mixed-use building, housing 10 residential units and 1 commercial space.
