1700 GERMANTOWN is a mixed-use new construction project located in the heart of Olde Kensington, which lies directly between Temple University and Fishtown. This neighborhood has recently experienced a residential boom with over 600 units being delivered to the immediate neighborhood. To support this growth 1700 Germantown provides 26,084 square feet of commercial space including available retail leases and office space for Flow's headquarters which drives neighborhood economic development and job growth. Additionally , it contains 92 efficient apartments and 42 underground parking spots shared among residential and commercial tenants.
