521 Cecil B Moore is located in the Olde Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia, and is home to Wag the Dog, an up-and-coming doggie daycare & retail space focused on providing a pet-centric oasis for its nearby communities. The property features a 4,000 sq. ft. indoor dog park with rubber flooring and three separate pens, allowing the ability to separate pets according to size & temperament. Wag the Dog incorporates sustainable, community-oriented business practices in order to provide the most value to the residents and pets of the surrounding neighborhoods.

PARTNERSHIP

Flow is dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and small companies expand upon their businesses & achieve their specific goals. Our steadfast support of small business development helps contribute to a more community-oriented atmosphere in Philadelphia.

The property at 521 Cecil B Moore began as an empty industrial warehouse. With the combined hard work of Flow & Wag the Dog, the space was converted into a "pet paradise," allowing Wag the Dog to better serve its old patrons while also bringing in new customers. The warehouse conversion provided the company with the ability to care for more local pets in a truly pet-centric space with a larger network of experienced caretakers.
