In addition to co-working space, the 52,900 square foot commercial space will be home to local neighborhood service retailers, a restaurant and café, space for research and development, a fresh produce market, and more. 1700 Germantown Avenue unit mix consists of 71 studios, 43 1-Bedroom units, and 24 2-Bedroom Units.
